Lake Redding

This is one of two locations Just Kayak More paddles on the Saturday morning paddles. Lake Redding is where we encourage people to begin paddling on the river. The time of year and flow affects the difficulty of this but most people are able to make it part way even their first time. Experienced paddlers make it close to Keswick Dam. There are several places that are fun to play where you can surf in the waves and learn to handle boils and whirlpools.
